We have stunning metal art statues throughout our art space, each handmade from scrap metal and recycled material. The hours of crafting and polishing put into each art piece create amazing details and textures. Our space will bring back childhood memories and recapture their joy. Our art gallery is great for groups of all ages and sizes, including fans of anime, movies, animals, the military, cars, motorcycles, and princesses. Each piece is interactive; take pictures, touch, hold, sit, ride, and drive them, and you’ll create the best memories that you are sure to cherish in the future.
Our fantasy starry sky exhibition on the second floor displays a perfect combination of advanced technology with the world of light and shadows. Feel free to take as many photos as you like; every single one will feel like looking at a blockbuster movie. No matter where you start, each exhibition is perfect in its own way and will make you want to stay forever. Covering an area of 400 square meters, we have over 12+ themed exhibitions, a 360° immersive experience tunnel, and a bright and romantic 5D starry sky. Our themed spaces allow you to get the feeling of roaming freely in the universe, breathing brisk morning air whilst walking through a lush green field, wandering through the galaxy, and much more. Whatever you’re into, there’s something for everyone.
Metartwrold set up a long-term art curriculum to provide children under the age of 15 with a rich and colourful handmade art experience. The project is free and included in the admission ticket. At present, we have collected more than 30 wonderful handicraft courses, including various handicrafts from button painting to paper 3D puzzles. Drawing, painting, installation, collage, and sewing- we covered various mediums that you can imagine. We will continue to launch more creative and interesting free handicraft courses.
METART Studio provides the richest workshop subjects in Australia. Plan your visit
Our metal art exhibition on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. However, the lounge area and the starry sky exhibition on level 2 are not.
Public Transport:
You can take the bus route 235 to the Ingles St/Normanby Rd stop and from there walk 8 minutes to our art space. Alternatively, we are an 11 minute walk from the Montague St light rail station if you prefer travelling by tram.
Driving:
There are free street parking outside our art space for those who prefer driving.

Children must always be under the supervision of a caregiver over the age of 16. Please report any emergency or child separated from the group to a Metart staff member.
We accept Companion, Student and Senior Card as concession entry. Companion card holders receive concession priced tickets and a free ticket for their carer. Free tickets for carer to be arranged at door only.
