Assistance Dog Access: We warmly welcome you to visit Metartworld with your assistance dog. The first-floor exhibition area is fully accessible for assistance dogs, and we hope you and your assistance dog have a wonderful time here. However, due to the presence of strong light changes and loud noises in the mirror maze and VR game hall on the second floor, the maze is narrow, and the reflections from the mirrors may cause dizziness may cause stress and anxiety for animals and impact the safety of other guests. Therefore, to ensure the safety of all visitors and animals, we kindly suggest that assistance dogs remain on the first floor.

Metart is committed to providing a safe environment for your visit.
Children must always be under the supervision of a caregiver over the age of 16. Please report any emergency or child separated from the group to a Metart staff member.

We accept Companion, Student and Senior Card as concession entry. Companion card holders receive concession priced tickets and a free ticket for their carer. Free tickets for carer to be arranged at door only.
