In the case of cancellations, we offer full refunds up until 24 hours before your booked date. Any cancellations made after this will not warrant a refund.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the bank.
